If you wish to connect via the phone - plesae text as I have hearing problems and will not be able to answer your phone call.
We offer a wide range of real estate photography services, including interior and exterior photography, and drone photography. Additional services, such as sunrise and sunset photography, are also available.
You can book a photoshoot through our online form on the website. Please include your preferences and contact details so we can reach out to you for confirmation.
The average time for a photoshoot depends on the size and complexity of the property, but it usually takes between 1 to 2 hours. We can also adjust to your schedule.
All photos will be delivered to you digitally via cloud storage. We will send you a download link within 24-48 hours after the photoshoot. Photos will be sized to best match MLS / Zillow photo specifics and size requirenments. Please indicate in your booking request if you wish to get large format photos.
If you need any changes, just contact us via text and describe what you would like to adjust. We will do our best to meet your needs.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a photoshoot by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Please use text messages or email for this.
I primarily serve Saint Petersburg / Tampa and the surrounding areas. If you have a property outside of this area, please contact me, and we can discuss possible arrangements.
To get the best results, please ensure the property is clean, decluttered, and well-lit. I also recommend removing personal items and staging the space to highlight its features.
If the weather is unsuitable for outdoor photography, we can reschedule the shoot at no additional cost. I will work with you to find the next available date that suits your needs.
